The New Look is a dramatic fascinator using clean lines.  I've been watching the Gilded Age and it struck a balance to me as being reflective of a previous era yet also futuristic in it's clean design.  I guess you could simplify that as a modern take on an old classic.  The face hugging profile shape is draped in silk abaca straw and finished with a sculptural bow.  The piece sits on a wired Alice band making it super comfortable and bendable to your head.  I would consider it of medium height and size.  I would love to see this with a full skirted outfit and fitted top.  Think Dior of the 1950's! This is nude/pink shade.
