This fabric captured my heart last year but it took me a while to figure out how to use it. The navy base of Dot Dot Dot is a vintage straw braid that is almost 7" wide. The color is so rich and has a royal blue undertone, this is not a dark navy. The white organza fabric of the bow has fuscia pink burnt velvet spots and is centered with boite feather balls. This hat fits a 23" headsize but this can be adjusted before shipping. I think she would be fabulous on a white dress or something in a lighter shade.
