Module has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics repair techs! Some of those tests are listed below:
• Common PCB issues have been repaired
• When replacing this module take a can of compressed air and blow out the connectors so you are getting good contact and make sure to install without the battery hooked up. After install hook the battery up and the module should marry to the vehicle as long as you have matched your part number.
• Make sure to navigate through your head unit touchscreen to your phone/bluetooth settings. If you attempt to click on that and it does nothing then we believe your module is faulty or you have a bad fuse. Check your HFM fuse to make sure it isn't popped and after replacing the module we'd recommend swapping that fuse out just to be on the safe side. ALSO, if you are getting "hands free system loadking please wait" and it doesn't clear or come back you need to go to your dealer or MOPAR mechanic in your area and get a software update. DO NOT purchase a replacement.

• Mounting point is chipped but we believe installing this unit shouldn't be an issue. Review the pictures prior to purchase.
