1- We do not ship to a residential address. We ship ONLY to Commercial Addresses. If you are in a resident address, please get in touch with us first before placing your order.

2- This item will be shipped with a freight company. Please, be sure your address has not had limited access and has enough space for the delivery truck to enter your community, if your address has limited access, an additional fee (which is CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY) will be subject to charge.

3- During placing your order, please include a valid Phone Number. The freight company will contact you to schedule a time for delivery. If the phone number is wrong, the freight company might return the hood to us and no refund will be accepted or we will dedicate the shipping cost from the refund.

A RECIPIENT SHOULD BE PRESENT AND ALL DELIVERY IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

4- Before you sign the POD (Proof of Delivery), INSPECT THE HOOD FIRST CAREFULLY.

5- Do Not Accept the package if there is any damage during the transport process. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HOODS, so if there are any damages, please do not accept the package so the freight company will return the hood to us FOR A FULL REFUND.

6- If the freight company agent did not give you time to inspect the hood, do not sign the POD and do not accept the delivery.

7- If everything is good, sign the POD Document. Once you sign, you agree the Hood is free of damage and in perfect condition, no claim will be accepted, and no refund.
