A common saying of my mother, “this too shall pass,” hums in my ear when I face struggles. I believe nature is a glorious reminder of how quickly things can go from powerfully, dark or overwhelming, to a breathtaking sunset at the end of the day. Like the weather, it feels as though in life we are approaching a storm, in a storm, or coming out of a storm. However, I want to remind the viewer that this is short lived and that there are sunny days promised ahead.
