MagniLink iTAB is developed for and connects directly to Apple’s iPad devices via the USB-C port. The ergonomic tiltable stand builds in comfort and an extra connector enables charging of the iPad while the system is in use. MagniLink iTAB can be ordered with a reading/distance camera with fantastic image quality. You can also connect an LVI video magnifier such as an MagniLink S*. Together with an iPad (not included), this becomes a versatile visual aid!

The flexible format is perfect for those who want to be able to use their system in different places, at home, in the workplace, or at school. A split function makes it possible to read simultaneously from a book or other printed text using the iPad’s camera – and information on a whiteboard using iTab’s distance camera. It’s also possible to split the screen with other applications on the iPad.

The heart of the iTAB is our MagniLink Viewer software which is easily downloaded from the App Store. MagniLink Viewer offers different display modes that promote increased speed, endurance, and relaxation during reading. You can access digital and printed documents. The OCR function is always included, giving users the opportunity to have printed and digital text read aloud to stave off exhaustion. The MagniLink Viewer supports iPad’s touch screen gestures, and short keys via a Bluetooth keyboard.
