A few years ago, I was visiting my sister-in-law in New Zealand and perusing the vintage shops. Tucked in a corner of old rusty tins, glass bottles, and wooden bowling pins, I found a thin little box. It looked like perhaps it originally contained lingerie from the 1950's. But when I opened the box, it was instead full of little pastel hearts embroidered with the days of the week.

Obviously, they came home with me immediately, every single one of them. I've been holding on to them ever since in anticipation of this release. 

Made of the same authentic wispy nylon chiffon as the vintage lingerie of the 1960's (and the same as our entire babydoll and peignoir selection, so feel free to mix and match!), this little panty is cut narrow and low to the hip with full coverage totally sheer back. Such a silhouette would have been called a "scanty panty" at the time, although I know we can get much skimpier today. 

Soft plush back scalloped elastic in a contrasting pale pink trims the waist and leg, with a pink cotton mushroom gusset. Heart will always match the fabric of the panty unless otherwise requested.

This material is authentic to the time period, however it can snag if you are not delicate with your garments and must be hand washed in order to maintain high quality. Lay flat to dry, never put this in the dryer!

There is a very limited amount of the embroidered element, so the heart will be sewn to order depending on the size and color you request. Days of the week are priced according to rarity (we have only two Sunday, for example). Once you make your selection, kindly write your size in the notes at checkout (you may also request a different panty cut - thong or high waist, for example...just know the price will be the same).
