Antique triple handled loving cup. Manufactured by the St Louis silver company around 1904/5 this silver plated loving cup is sumptuously adorned with grapes around the top and bottom bands. The external body is made from wood which contrasts nicely with the surrounding plating. These type of cups were traditionally used at weddings or feasts where it was passed around full of wine. A great looking period piece from the turn of the last century which would suit any vintage bar or as a toasting cup at a wedding.

MEASUREMENTS

Loving cup measures 4.75" tall by 6" in diameter (4" without the handles) and weighs 1lb 10oz.

CONDITION

In good usable condition ready to display with some light scuffs to the interior plating and contraction of the outside wood (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
