Antique 19th century Indo Chinese Dha sword. Popular in Burma and Thailand these traditional lightweight swords were used for war and everyday use. Complete with its original wooden scabbard which is decorated with braided cord and its hanging or carrying rope cords. There is still a bit of an old edge on this piece.
A great addition to any antique sword or Asian sword collection.
MEASUREMENTS
Dha sword measures 29" long by 3" wide by 3" deep and weighs 1lb 3oz in its scabbard. The sword measures 27.5" long with a 19.25" blade by 1" wide.
CONDITION
Dha sword is in good condition and ready to display or use with some wear to the hanging knots (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
