This collage is inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of Chilean wine country. During a long bus ride, I watched the Andes rise in the distance while rows of vineyards stretched out in the foreground—a scene that felt both expansive and intimate. That view stayed with me and became the heart of this piece.

I began working on it throughout my trip to Chile in 2025, piecing it together in hotel rooms, airports, cafés—wherever inspiration struck. It includes a mix of painted papers, wine labels, ticket stubs, and travel brochures gathered along the way. The collage was originally built on watercolor paper, then mounted to a 1.5" wood panel once I returned home. I finished it with hand-painted chunky stripes along the sides and sealed it with three layers of UV varnish for lasting protection and a vibrant finish.
