A rare, midcentury scuba diver's depth gauge. The U.S. Divers wrist gauge is marked Made in France. The wrist band is made of a pliable plastic with a metal buckle. The gauge is made of a heavy metal casing. The piece is in vintage condition, well used, with scratches, Knicks, and finish loss including scaling. The strap is in good condition, the buckle is worn. A wonderful collector's item, sold as is, not tested, for display use only. The wrist band measures approximately 11 1/4" long and the gauge is approximately 2 1/4" in diameter x 1 1/4" tall. It is a honker (as my mom would say), in both weight and size. It probably helped the divers stay under the water!
