This is a stainless damascus damasteel ring made from 304L and 316L hypoallergenic stainless steel from Damasteel in Sweden. It is 10mm wide but can be altered to your liking from 8 - 12mm. It has a 2.5mm VS1 Canadian diamond held via tension with a 14k rose gold inlay ( also available in different color and karat gold ). The rings design is reinforced behind the gold with upper and lower stainless braces micro fuse welded to secure not only the gold inlay but locking in the stone as well. No one has ever made a setting like this.
Materials: hypoallergenic stainless steel damasteel, 304 L, 316 L. 1.44 14k / 2.5 diamond less than 2mm depth low profile
