Jabalí is one of the least utilized agaves in spirits production because it is very small and difficult to work with. But the result can be spectacular, especially in the hands of Diego and co. This very special release shows banana, strawberries, and cream on the nose. It is vibrant and peppery on the palate with a pleasing sweetness and light acidity. Great pairing with cheeses or desserts.
