This is a marvelous vintage Santo Domingo inlaid silver necklace handmade by the famous artist, Dan Coriz. This necklace is absolutely remarkable as it consists of a large inlaid silver teardrop shaped pendant. The inlay consists of lapis, turquoise, gaspeite, mother of pearl and purple stone. The pendant measures a whopping 3-5/8" X 1-5/8" including the large silver bail. Resting throughout the double stranded necklace are beautiful disc shaped lapis stones with accenting round silver beads and end silver cones. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Santo Domingo artist, Dan Coriz. The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 98 grams.
