This is a remarkable vintage Navajo single stone silver bracelet handmade by the very famous artist, Kirk Smith. Kirk was one of the most famous artists of all time, he passed away a few years ago. He is known for his incredible and intricate works. This important bracelet contains a phenomenal triangular shaped Royston turquoise stone with beautiful surrounding silver works. The surrounding silver patterns consist of ropes, repoussed shells and end silver cloud stampings. The center stone measures around 1-3/8" x 7/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Kirk Smith . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/2" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 43 grams.
