This is a magnificent vintage Navajo all silver jewelry box handmade by the incredibly and very famous artist, Kee Joe Benally. Kee Joe Benally is known for his impeccable workmanship that includes mutliple styles. He had won one of the most incredible awards in 2004, the Arizona Indian Living Treasure award, which is only given to one artist per year. This piece is absolutely remarkable as it is completely solid sterling silver and contains outstanding silver stampings. The stampings consist of bordering line segments with a center cloud and sun stamped flower. The box measures around 4" X 1-1/4" and is about 1" deep.
