This is an impressive vintage Navajo hand carved storyteller silver cuff bracelet. This fascinating bracelet contains a very detailed carved Navajo scenery. The scenery includes a center hogan with a native family working on their land including a wagon, animals, and a beautiful desert scenery. The textured background is just wonderful. Accenting the ends of the thick silver cuff are wonderful stampings consisting of sun stampings and cloud patterns. The width of the bracelet measures around 3/4". Signed by Navajo artist, John Begay. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 41 grams.
