This is a superlative Navajo thick and sturdy wide silver cuff bracelet. This remarkable bracelet contains a center large hand carved turquoise cross stone that is from the wonderful Number 8 turquoise mine. Accenting the turquoise cross are 2 large rounded lapis stones. Surrounding the turquoise stone is a thick silver rope with accenting silver raindrops and shells. I absolutely love how the entire thick and sturdy cuff is comprised of beautiful silver works that consist of graduating raindrops, shells, teepee stampings, sun stampings, star patterns and repoussed shells. Such amazing detailing located throughout the entire cuff. The center stone measures around 1-3/8" x 7/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Albert Jake. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 109 grams.
