This is an astonishing vintage Santo Domingo large chunky turquoise slab necklace. This outstanding necklace contains 19 beautiful large graduating chunky turquoise slab stones with the largest slab measuring a whopping 1-1/4" X 1". The turquoise slab pieces appear to be from the wonderful Sleeping Beauty turquoise mine. Situated throughout the large chunky stones are amazing hand cut turquoise heishi stones with end torpedo and round silver beads and a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century .
