Before using the bed for healing or sleep, place your right or left hand on the lotus flower geometry on the center of the quilt and breathe in and out fully at least 5 times as your living prana is used as the power source to enhance and amplify the Prana Bed. Do the same for any other additonal items that you may have for the Prana Bed (e.g. - Duvet Cover, sheet and pillow cases).
