This is a fascinating vintage Santo Domingo multiple strand necklace. This incredible necklace contains 5 outstanding strands that consist of a mind blowing plethora of hand cut tan shell heishi. Located throughout the tan shell heishi are marvelous turquoise heishi, onyx heishi and pipestone heishi. Resting at the ends of the necklace are amazing handmade silver beads and cones with an accenting traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 29". Sturdy 27 grams.
