This is a magnificent vintage Zuni inlaid silver bear bolo tie. This remarkable piece contains a phenomenal very detailed inlaid silver bear bolo that measures a whopping 3-1/4" X 2-1/2". The inlay on the bolo consists of beautiful onyx, mother of pearl, cora, and Sleeping Beauty turquoise. The intricacy of the inlay work is just astonishing as some of the stones consist of remarkable carvings to give the bear a more realistic look. The silver works surrounding the bolo are stunning consisting of silver paws, raindrops and flattened ropes. Resting at the ends of the 41" black leather tie are long stunning silver cones and dangling inlaid silver paws with more detailing carvings. Signed by Zuni artist, Paul Peykatewa. Sterling silver.
