This is a museum quality vintage Navajo all silver squash blossom necklace. This impeccable necklace contains a mind blowing plethora of large handmade round silver beads including the beads on each of the 12 wonderful silver squashes. Resting at the bottom of the necklace is an impressive handmade thick and sturdy silver naja pendant that consists of three silver shanks with the center shank being coiled. Resting around the naja pendant are beautiful silver shells and raindrops. The large naja pendant measures around 3*1/4" X 2-3/4". Resting at the ends of the necklace are outstanding long silver heishi beads with a thick traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, JO. The length of the necklace measures around 35". Sturdy 263 grams.
