Delicate pink tourmaline has been bezel set in oxidized silver and intercepted with marquise cut rose quartz, flanked with seed pearls and crystal rondelles. The beautiful confectionary coloring of the stones repeats the stunning Georgian paste locket pendant. As is typical with this era and design, the remnants of the enameled black and white polka dot designs remains intact and is visible upon inspection. Although much of the enamel has been lost over the past centuries, it does not take away from the beauty of this lovely heirloom locket.
