Transformation efficiencies typically range from 10⁸ - 10⁷ transformants/μg of pUC19 DNA, but can vary depending on the strain of E. coli. Most E. coli strains respond well to the Zenoquick-Competent preparation method and demonstrate fast transformation kinetics. The procedures are easy.
