This single slab epoxy table is the narrow part of a HUGE tree we bought.

Paul had to have the whole tree when he saw how beautiful the curl in the wood grain was.

The maple tree this live edge slab came from was really wide, so we had to cut it down in a few spots. Paul did this for two reasons, so it would be a more consistent size, and so it was easy to "belly up."

What caused the giant hole in the center? Bug attack! - can you believe what the little guys did to such a mighty tree? 

Paul filled all of the holes with a copper colored epoxy called Pretty Penny to make sure it was structurally sound, and to add some color.
