Scent

Also containing petitgrain sur fleurs, we have included all the components of the orange tree - its leaves, twigs, peel and blossoms - to fully capture the essence and aroma of the potent citrus plant. Basil and marjoram lend an herbaceous green note, while bay laurel adds a sweet and minty freshness.

Effect

Basil has been prized throughout history for its antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, antioxidant and uplifting medicinal properties. Its latin name basilius means “royal plant.”  Marjoram and bay laurel, both high in eucalyptol, have added decongestant benefits to open up the air passages. Plant extracts from the various citrus oils contribute antibacterial and antiviral properties shown in limonene, pinene, and terpinolene. All of our candles are rich in Beta-Caryophyllene. Beta-Caryophyllene is known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antimicrobial, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It serves to help regulate the central nervous system to keep our bodies in homeostasis, or balance.

Breathe Easy - knowing we use only certified organic essential oils and 100% plant-derived extracts, sourced mindfully for their maximum benefits and purity, resulting in a gentle aroma that is true to its components. 

Please burn until the surface of your candle is fully melted, and up to four hours so you can benefit from the aromas being diffused from the melted wax. When the wax has cooled after each use, replace the lid to help retain the aroma of your candle.  Our natural cotton wicks require you to trim your wick to 1/8 inch before relighting it to avoid over combustion - allowing for the cleanest burn, and prolonging the lifespan of your candle so you can enjoy it safely.

We use no synthetics - no fragrances, colorings or fillers, and our candles are petrochemical, phthalate, and paraben free.
