A bespoke handle is designed with a unique heat vent to reduce heat transfer, fit comfortably in your hand, and attach seamlessly to the base to eliminate the tough-to-clean crevice. The Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Sauté Pan features an expanded cooking surface area for increased heating, browning and flavor. Handcrafted in Italy, this sauté pan is oven and broil-safe up to 600°F and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia Cookware, this piece is packaged in recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty.
