Antique, silver plate, tea set/ service by Wallace Bros Silver Co circa 1870s The set includes teapot, sugar bowl, and creamer. Each serving piece is tall with convex lobed bodies on a pedestal base. A very uncommon set. Wallace Bros Silver Co was in business from 1875 to 1879 before merging with R Wallace & Sons Mfg Co. This set is in great condition and can be an heirloom for generations to come.

Measurements: Teapot measure approx 11" tall x 8 1/2" wide handle to spout. Creamer measures 6" tall x 6" handle to spout, sugar bowl 8" tall x 7 1/2" wide handle to handle.

This set appears to be in great antique condition.. Has some typical signs of age and use such as light surface scratches, polish residue, possible tiny dings and tarnish. The insides have some light staining--more so the teapot. No obvious damage.
