Victorian, bronze tone, figural, French gentleman, table lamp. This is a tall Hollywood Regency style lamp. I believe it's chalkware that was painted bronze. There is green felt on the bottom. This includes the harp that's seen in the pictures. This is a gorgeous lamp for your Hollywood Regency/ Victorian style decor.

Measurements: approx 23 1/2" to top of socket. 20" tall from base to top of head. The base measures 7" diameter
