Gorgeous, antique, silver plate/ Old Sheffield Plate, candelabrum/ candelabra pair with ornate, gadroon and baroque, floral design. Each candelabrum holds 5 tapers. The candelabrum can come off to leave a regular tapered candle holders. The candle holders have a tapered stem on a rectangular, stepped base. There is gadrooning where the base and the stem are soldered. The candelabrum arms are fluted and covered at the joint with a floral decor. Ornate detailing. Comes with removable gadrooned edge candle cups. The pieces are still extremely shiny, but also has the expected copper peaking through on many of the raised edges and areas of the base which makes Old Sheffield Plate so desirable.One of the candle holder bases has an ever so slight lean, but I can't see where anything is compressed or damaged (may have been manufactured or repaired this way). Still very solid and functional. Gorgeous statement pieces. Absolutely stunning and very solid.

These candelabrum are good antique condition. May show signs of age and use like light surface scratches, tiny dings, stubborn tarnish and spotting, possible residual polish and candle wax. In some areas of the base there is the copper, base metal peaking through, but I feel it adds to their gorgeous look. No other obvious damage. Overall these are absolutely gorgeous. Please keep in mind that the arms have some bend to them so may become unlevel during shipping, but can be moved back in place with gentle care,
