Lovely, antique, silver plate, silent butler/ crumb catcher/ ash tray, with family crest. This silent butler was made in England. The family crest is of the Wolff family and features a rampant wolf with the phrase "Deo Dante". The handle is black wood and the finial is an ornate flower shape. Great condition.
Measurements: approx 9" including handle. The main part measures 7" wide x 4 3/4" wide.
Marks: England stamped on the bottom.
This silent butler is in great antique condition. Has expected signs of age and use such as light surface scratches. The handle has some wear to the paint (which can easily be remedied if desired). No obvious damage.
