Intricately carved Salmon Pink Coral Pig Figurine. This is a vintage carved figural piece, in the form of a standing pig or hog. It is a fat pig with wonderful details from the curly tail to the snout. It is a gorgeous dark pink color with some splashes of white and fabulous shine.  It is one of a kind piece expertly carved from a single piece of natural coral that has not been dyed or treated. It is 37mm long and stands 22m high.

The pig is the 12th sign of Chinese Zodiac and represents luck, overall good fortune, wealth, honesty, general prosperity, symbolizing a hard working, a peace-loving person, a truthful, generous, indulgent, patient, reliable, trusting, sincere, giving, sociable person with a large sense of humor and understanding. Pigs are also said to be a sign of virility. Prominently displayed in the bedrooms of couples trying for children. This is said to be a natural offshoot of the fact that Pigs always have a huge litter of children.
