This vintage Hawaiian necklace features carved black coral whales. They are joined together between gold filled filigree links. The black coral is all hand cut and is natural, it hasn't been treated or dyed in any way. On the back of the whales you can see the golden rings and matrix in the black coral. The necklace has a gold filled spring ring clasp. This coral is getting very hard to find. It's a real treasure and came out of an estate in Houston.
