Introducing the 6th-8th Grades Junior Chef | Dining Out camp, an immersive culinary journey designed to transform young chefs into gourmet pros. This exciting week-long program, held from July 14-18, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 11am, is the perfect opportunity for food enthusiasts aged 6th to 8th grades to master flavors and skills that will bring the dining experience home. The camp is tailored to spark creativity and confidence in young chefs, teaching them a variety of cooking techniques, food safety, and regional cuisines through hands-on learning.

During the Dining Out camp, students will dive into the art of cooking, exploring a diverse range of global cuisines. They will learn essential knife skills, various cooking techniques like grilling, sautéing, and baking, and even how to identify and use different ingredients. Our curriculum includes a daily menu that prepares your junior chef to create 2-3 dishes from scratch. The camp emphasizes the importance of minimizing food waste and enjoying meals with loved ones, instilling a sense of social and environmental responsibility.
