Our advanced, faster acting formula, Cosamin ASU includes a combination of ingredients that works faster than glucosamine alone. It’s formulated with our trademarked glucosamine HCl, chondroitin sulfate, avocado/soybean unsaponifiables (ASU), AKBA (from Boswellia serrata), and decaffeinated green tea extract providing EGCG.
About Cosamin ASU:

Ingredients in Cosamin®ASU:
FCHG49® Glucosamine HCl and TRH122® Chondroitin Sulfate – The combination has been shown in cell culture research to decrease levels of markers associated with cartilage breakdown and joint discomfort.
ASU (NMX1000®) and AKBA (QUIKLOX®) from Boswellia serrata - have been shown to decrease prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), a signaling molecule associated with cartilage breakdown. AKBA is an ingredient scientifically researched to be faster acting than glucosamine alone.‡
