Also, each knife is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56 - C58 degrees which holds the razor-sharp edge longer. Ergonomic, stainless steel handles with signature dimple pattern offer a comfortable, slip-resistant grip. The hollow handles are filled with sand to achieve excellent weight and balance.
