Description

Tribo™ 2x Fast TaqMan qPCR Master Mix with different ROX levels and package sizes provide a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, ROX reference dye, and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modifications of the enzyme make PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 minute) than the normal 10-minute activation in standard real-time qPCR amplifications. This confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (See Figure 1). As the enzyme buffer system is optimized for real-time PCR, the product offers high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.
