Created by Egbert-Jan Lam of Netherlands-based Burojet Design Studio, Stitches is a family of two well-hemmed pendants: Djenné and Bamako. Each light is named after a city or town in Mali, West Africa. Mali has a long history as a producer of embroidery, its many skilled artisans—found throughout Djenné and Bamako—adept at needlework.
