Each classic mountain hub is manufactured from start to finish in our machine shop in Asheville, North Carolina. From stock 7075-T6 aluminum turning and milling bars for shells, axles and caps, A2 wire-cut EDM tool steel for pawls and drives, to our own in-house anodizing lab, every step of the design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly is done on premises to our exacting standards.
