Warranty

Bestcare Warranty Policy

Bestcare provides a limited warranty on all patient lifts, slings, and accessories, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and performance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Requirements

• Proof of Purchase: Claims must be submitted by the authorized dealer or distributor who originally sold the product, accompanied by proof of sale and, where applicable, the product’s serial number.

• Return Authorization (RA): All warranty claims require prior RA from Bestcare. Products returned without a clearly marked RA number or beyond 30 days of authorization will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Warranty Resolution

• Bestcare reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts rather than issuing a complete replacement. Repaired or replaced parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

• Advance replacements are not provided. Dealers or distributors may purchase a replacement at full cost. Upon receipt and verification of the defective item, Bestcare will issue a credit for the replacement, excluding freight charges.

Warranty Coverage Periods

• Three (3) Years: Patient lift frame or spreader bar.

• Two (2) Years: Actuator, control box, pendant, charger, weigh scale, Stand Aids (all components of STA400 & STA450), or casters (excluding normal tread wear).

• One (1) Year: Battery or hydraulic pump.

• Six (6) Months: Reusable fabric slings.

Note: Single Patient Specific slings are for limited use with one patient and cannot be laundered. Replacement is provided for manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions

Warranty claims will be denied for:

• Product abuse, misuse, or accidental damage.

• Improper installation or use with incompatible parts or accessories.

• Neglect, failure to maintain the product as per the owner’s manual, or normal wear and tear.

• Removed or defaced serial numbers.

• Wearable components such as foam parts and caster treads.

Final Discretion

Bestcare reserves the sole right to determine the final disposition of all warranty claims. Products must be purchased and paid for in full for the warranty to apply.
