This is a tremendous vintage Navajo turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace. This piece is incredibly huge carrying a beautiful plethora of hand carved silver leaves with accenting flowers, stems and shells. This necklace consists of 20 outstanding turquoise stones with the largest stone measuring around 3/4" X 1/2". This is one of the largest squash blossoms we have seen that carries this many leaves, absolutely phenomenal. Resting throughout the entire necklace are amazing round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. The huge naja pendant measures around 4" X 3-3/4". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 37". Sturdy 293 grams.
