Must-see The Wall-o-matic Collection [PYswu1TR]

Must-see The Wall-o-matic Collection [PYswu1TR] iHorn couples a 1956 Seeburg Wall-O-Matic Jukebox remote selector (it took Nickels) with a rare junior sized Miller Rubber Company radio horn.  So get ready Twist and Shout!

The first diner was created in 1872, by a man named Walter Scott. He decided to sell food out of a horse-pulled wagon. So the history of "food trucks" is in fact the American Diner.  Diners were always symbols of American optimism.  In the 1950’s, diners represented American optimism and prosperity. The jukebox basically started as coin operated phonographs in the late 1890's.  The term jukebox came into use in the United States beginning in 1940, apparently derived from the familiar usage "juke joint", meaning “disorderly, rowdy, or wicked.”  Table top selectors allowed the customer to remain seated at their table in the diner but chose and pay for the music they wanted to hear.  The instant selector is from approximately 1950.  In essence, these selectors were the forerunner to both computer networks and playlists.

The horn is a 1920’s Miller Rubber Company junior sized rubber radio horn.  These junior size horns are significantly more rare than their larger counterparts.  Miller Rubber Company was founded in Akron, Ohio in 1892 with a capital investment of $250.00.  It made rubber gloves.  By 1924, its annual sales were $30,000,000.00.

Must-see The Wall-o-matic Collection [PYswu1TR] iHorn represents the sock hops and the 50’s, the Twist and Chubby Checker.  It is food trucks, networking, and control over your listening enjoyment.  It is unique, functional and rocks.
