A great addition to any kitchen, this Santoku makes a great all around chef knife. Not too big to be intimidating or heavy but large enough to accomplish all of your cutting needs!

The steel is hammer textured stainless so you do not have to worry about corrosion. It is convex ground thing to slice well while still being tough enough for root vegetables.

The octagonal Wa handle offers a great counterbalance and sits comfortable in the hand with a pinch grip. The balance point of the knife is right on the makers mark which gives it a quick, lightweight feel.
