These Kiridashi are the Japanese equivalent of a utility knife. Opening boxes, sharpening pencils, cutting leather, whittling wood, etc. These are hand forged from AEB-L stainless steel and cryogenically treated for great edge retention. A small leather cover is included to protect the blade or for pocket carry.
