Should you not be able to meet this deadline, your spot may be released to another participant, and we regret to inform you that we will be unable to refund any payments made.

Flexible Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking before June 12, 2025, you will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit of $600. Post this date, a refund is possible only if you can find a replacement for your spot.
