• What stabilizers are supported?
• pcb-mounted and screw-in stabilizers.
• Can I purchase it without the PCB? I don't want hotswap nor north facing switches.
• No. We understand that some may not be a fan of the PCB but we decided to include it to ease the building process for users newer to the keyboard community.
• Will another 60% PCB fit in this case?
• Yes but we cannot guarantee the alignment of the USB port with the case. [reference image]
• Why is it so expensive?
• Our team in California has spent months working on the product, manufacturing prototypes to verify fit and finish. As much as we enjoy designing beautiful products for the keyboard community, we also need to ensure we are profitable.
• Can I interchange between the acrylic and stainless steel bottom insert?
• No, the bottom insert as adhered with clear structural epoxy. Due to the limited material thickness of the bottom housing, we couldn't accommodate threaded fasteners.
• Why is there no right Ctrl key on the Tsangan layout?
• This is to accommodate the moon emblem.
• Can I get it in {n} color or coating?
  
• It is costly, both in price and time, to do one-off colors and coatings. If you're willing to wait, we could provide an unpainted unit. If you have deep pockets, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.
• Can I change the key mapping?
• Yes, to your heart's content. The 1upkeyboard PCB uses QMK firmware which may be configured using QMK Configurator or VIA Configurator.
• Is this a group buy? I hate waiting.
• No. Units will be shipped out as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. We expect to ship mid-March.
• Can you declare my shipment at a lower value to dodge taxes?
• No, this is illegal. The package value will reflect the total of your purchase order.
• Can I return to sender after delivery?
• You may reject the package after it has been shipped but you will be subject to added duties and shipping fees. Upon return of the shipment, you will be refunded the difference in payment and fees.
