This Half Beef box includes a variety of cuts to satisfy every taste, with options like 80-100 lbs. of ground beef, 20-28 steaks (including Ribeye, T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, and Round Steak), 12-16 roasts (Chuck, Round, or Sirloin), 12-20 lbs. of beef short ribs, and 6-8 lbs. of stew meat.
