This Box Includes: 400 - 420 lbs. of FRESHLY PROCESSED grass-fed beef.

• 160 - 200 lbs. Ground Beef in one pound packages.

• 40 - 56 Steaks. Ribeye, T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, Round Steak, tenderloin.

• 24 - 32 Roast. Chuck Roast, Round Roast, Sirloin Roast, Brisket, Tri-tip, shoulder roast, Bottom Round Roast. 

• 24 - 40 lbs. Beef Short Ribs

• 12 - 16 lbs. Stew Meat

• 5 - 10 lbs. Fajita Meat

Deposit: Your Whole Beef deposit is $1500. (This is a non-refundable deposit.) Final payment will be $2600 equaling $4100 for total cost of a whole beef. 

How it works: You reserve your Whole Beef today. Then we will select one of our best steers for butcher and have our expert butcher process the beef. It will dry age for 21 days to maximize the tenderness and flavor. Once it is processed we will send you the final invoice of $2600). After this is paid the meat will be shipped directly from our ranch to your front door! Your beef will arrive fully frozen!

Freezer Space: This Whole Beef will require 12 - 16 cubic ft. in a freezer.

Packaging: Each package will be individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
