• 6 - 8 Roast. Either Chuck Roast, Round Roast, Sirloin Roast, Tri-Tip, Brisket

• 6 - 10 lbs. Beef Short Ribs

• 2 - 6 lbs. Stew Meat

**Cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.
